Automotive Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (ACM) adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any form of bribery and corruption. ACM is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability in all of ACM’s businesses and operational activities by:

1. Prohibiting the Board of Directors, Top Management, employees, and business associates from being involved or engaged in any act of bribery and corruption;
2. Complying with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations, which may include, but not limited to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2009 (Act 694) and amendments;
3. Establishing, implementing, maintaining, reviewing, and continuously improving anti-bribery and anti-corruption programme within ACM.
4. Satisfying the requirements of the ACM’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption management systems that have been set;
5. Establishing and maintaining an independent Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption compliance function in ACM with the responsibility and authority to oversee the design and implementation of the programme; and
6. Encouraging any person to report in good faith or on the basis of a reasonable belief, any suspected, attempted, or actual bribery, corruption, and other improper conduct through the DRB-HICOM Group’s whistleblowing channels.

This Statement reflects our commitment to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of bribery and corruption while conducting businesses and operations. The Board of Directors, Top Management, employees, as well as business associates shall read, understand, and comply with the ACM’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. Any breach or violation to this Policy shall be subjected to disciplinary and/or legal action.
